Softblend's Warehouse System provides for the tracking goods in the system at the customers level of indifference.
What that means, is if they want to track cartons only, you don't need to enter information for units.
If they are not interested in FIFO, you don't create lots by date.
You can track up to three levels of units which internally are called PKG, BNDL and PCS.
You can call them what you want for the customer. There are also user defined fields that can be used
to track additional items like buyers part number, dye lot numbers, expiration dates...
Multiple warehouses are supported and you can also specify a priority picking location for products in
two or more facilities. This way the product will be depleted from that location first if needed.
